I found this beautiful and adorable tutu (with ribbon headband) on Etsy, and as much as I wanted it for myself, I resigned to the fact that I’m simply too old to wear this. (I really had to tell myself over and over again that it was not age appropriate.  Besides, it would have maybe fit around my 1 thigh). But, I had to have this tutu in some way, even if it wasn’t for myself.  I decided to buy it for my friend Kerri’s daughter, Joslyn, who is 3. I have never bought her a birthday present or anything before, so I decided it was time.  The package arrived today, and when Joslyn opened it and found out it was from me, she said: “Awww…. I love it, that was so adorable of her!” That pretty much melted my heart into a gooey mess of sweets.  Damn, what a cute freaking kid.
